# October 2012 OOTD's

There haven't been any recent ootd shots for November, partly because I'd forgotten like a silly, and partly because my classes are atm so early that it eventually got difficult to put in time & dress nicely (the ones above are from weekends or when there was a school event).  And it's pretty cold now. |D  So all my cuter clothes are stashed till the spring.  


~ Nov. 26 Tip : 1000mg Vitamin C per Day

I've been taking a 1000mg vitamin C capsule every day for about a month now, and it really does a number on clearing up your complexion.  I tend to get a lot of little pimples/bumps on my forehead, and after a week of VC they were half gone.  It also helps a lot with slowly fading dark spots/discoloration/acne scars. c:  It's actually okay and safe to take this amount - vitamin C is water-soluble, which means your body will be able to handle the excess and get rid of it with pee.  Make sure to drink plenty of water with it, both to help the VC go through your body and because water is generally good all over.
